Investara Financial Giveaway — Official Rules

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Investara Financial, [INSERT FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND ADDRESS], hereafter "Sponsor."

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of the State of Georgia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins on May 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on June 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). The winner will be selected on June 22, 2026 at approximately 8:00 PM EST.

To enter, during the Entry Period, an entrant must complete all of the following steps:

(a) Follow @investara on Instagram;

(b) Like the official Giveaway announcement post and tag at least one (1) friend in the comments;

(c) Share the official Giveaway announcement post to your Instagram Story; and

(d) Submit a completed entry form at investara.com/giveaway, including a valid email address and Instagram handle, and affirmatively opting in to receive communications from Sponsor.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated entries, bot-generated entries, or entries submitted by services other than the entrant personally are prohibited and will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) free annual membership to Investara Financial's credit restoration program, including all standard membership benefits. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,800.00 USD (based on Sponsor's standard membership price of $150/month × 12 months). Total ARV of all prizes: $1,800.00 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Acceptance of the prize requires execution of Sponsor's standard client services agreement.

On or about June 22, 2026, the winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form within seventy-two (72) hours of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, fails to complete required documentation (including IRS Form W-9 and Sponsor's client services agreement), or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. As required by United States federal law, because the value of the prize exceeds $600, the winner will be required to complete and return IRS Form W-9 prior to prize delivery, and Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner reporting the prize value as taxable income.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any factor impairs its integrity or proper operation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, Instagram handle, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes by Sponsor in any medium worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at investara.com/privacy. By entering, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and, if you opted in, to send you marketing communications from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: [INSERT SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS] within sixty (60) days of the end of the Entry Period.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
